• Service records — your appointment history with Salon Adoré, along with notes your provider keeps to serve you well, such as service preferences, product and color formulas used, and any allergy or sensitivity information you share so services can be performed safely.
• Checkout records — the services and products recorded at checkout and their amounts. Payments are handled directly with Salon Adoré; this site does not collect or store card numbers.
• SMS opt-in information — the phone number and consent you provide when you opt in to receive text messages.
• Technical information — standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service running and secure.

• Schedule, confirm, change, and cancel your appointments;
• Send SMS messages you have opted in to receive;
• Maintain Salon Adoré's client records, including safety-related notes like allergies;
• Keep Salon Adoré's business records, including sales summaries for accounting;
• Operate, secure, and improve the booking service.

If you opt in to text messages, your phone number is used to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and related service messages from Salon Adoré. Message frequency may vary. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (for example, our messaging platform provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• With Salon Adoré— the booking and service information above is the salon's client record; the salon and its staff use it to provide your services.
• Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, database hosting, message delivery, calendar synchronization, and accounting software. They may use the information only to provide those services.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Your information — contact Salon Adoré directly to review, correct, or ask for deletion of your information.
